When burnout goes unrecognized, organizations lose people gradually and then all at once , declining performance and rising sick leave, followed by resignations that seem sudden but rarely are. Managers often miss the early signs or don't know how to respond, while employees push through until quitting feels like the only option. Left unaddressed, it drives up attrition and replacement costs long before it shows up in the numbers.

3-day training program that helps an organization deal with burnout at every level: employees, managers and HR. The program had to teach people how to recognize burnout in themselves, spot the signs in their teams, and find practical ways to cope that go beyond taking a vacation. It also had to show the organization how to prevent burnout from the start, not only react to it.
Audience:
Three Tracks:
Track A, All staff
Recognize and respond to their own burnout.
Track B, Managers
Spot it in others and respond well.
Track C, HR
Prevent it through systems.
Learning Objectives:

Explain burnout as a work-related phenomenon, distinct from ordinary stress and from a mental health diagnosis, and know when to refer someone to professional support.
Recognize early warning signs in themselves (Track A) and observable changes in others (Track B).
Analyze burnout causes using the 5 Cs, at the individual, team, and organizational level.
Apply practical responses suited to their role: personal recovery strategies, supportive conversations and workload adjustments, or policy and system changes.
