School work teams, including administrative and educational staff
Design a one-month training program that builds collaboration and interpersonal skills in school work teams (administrative and educational staffs).
The program had to open with a free introductory session so schools could try it before committing.
Most soft-skills training is passive. This program is built around practice: each session pairs two related skills with a workplace scenario, a reflection, and an application task. Before finalizing anything, a discovery meeting with school stakeholders would shape the examples and scenarios around the school's real teamwork challenges.
My role and deliverables
Designed the program structure, learning objectives and outcomes, and the assessment strategy
Mapped the roles needed to run the program (program lead, facilitator, designer, business development, marketing, coordination)

Scenario-based questions
Knowledge checks
Group activities
Facilitator observation
Follow-up: a short survey sent to the school 4–6 weeks after program completion to measure real-world application.
